West Bridgford move for Fairview Estates

Estate and lettings agent Fairview Estates has taken the “next logical step” in its progression by relocating to a new, street-facing office in West Bridgford.

The award-winning estate and lettings business has taken a two-storey, 772 sq ft premises at 31 Abbey Road in a deal brokered by heb property consultants. The firm had previously been located on Heritage Mews, High Pavement, Nottingham since its foundation in 2011.

The new office will feature a ground floor showroom and first-floor office space, and car parking will be available close by.

Customers will also have access to independent mortgage advice from Wayne Harrison Financial Solutions, which is now located in the same premises.

Aaron Cambden, owner of Fairview Estates, said: “Our move to West Bridgford is the next logical step for Fairview Estates and one which will future-proof our business. As a location, West Bridgford is well aligned with our branding and will give us space to grow.

“By moving to a shop-front premises, we are remaining true to our founding principle of putting the customer and their needs first. We believe that face-to-face contact with customers remains an essential part of estate agency, even in the ever-expanding digital landscape, and our customers will now be able to walk in from the street and talk to us about their needs”.

Will Torr, associate partner at heb surveyors, said:  “I’m pleased to have secured the letting of 31 Abbey Road, West Bridgford, to Fairview Estates – a very ambitious estate agent that is expanding its operations. The unit suits the business’ requirements well, and provides the opportunity for a shop front in a sought after West Bridgford location. With Fairview Estates’ creative branding, I am sure that the unit will be refurbished to an excellent standard.

“On a personal note, I’ve known the guys at Fairview for some years having let their first office to them, so it’s great to have been a part of their success and expansion into West Bridgford, and I wish them all the best with the launch”.

Founded in 2011 by Aaron Cambden and Rob Pitick, Fairview Estates specialises in the rental and sales of medium to high-end properties. It looks after properties across Nottinghamshire, Derby and Leicester.
