Toolstation takes last spot at Northampton distribution park

Toolstation has agreed to take the last spot on Prologis Park Pineham, securing a 493,098 sq ft building.

Part of the Northampton-based Travis Perkins Group, Toolstation is one of the largest national trade and DIY retailers, with over 500 UK branches.

The company will take on a 15-year lease for a brand-new logistics building, with plans to move in once construction and fit-out is completed in July 2022.

Toolstation will be joining BMW, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons amongst others at Prologis Park Pineham.

Knight Frank acted for Toolstation and Burbage, CBRE, and Cushman and Wakefield acted for Prologis.
