SSL pulls into new Derby offices

Train control systems provider Signalling Solutions has relocated in Derby after taking 12,000 sq ft at Pentagon House, in a deal brokered by FHP.

Signalling Solutions is owned by Alstom. Billy Unadkat, FD for Signalling Solutions said: “We were looking to relocate to a more modern and pleasant working environment and the extensive fit out previously undertaken by both the landlords and Balfour Beatty made the property particularly appealing.”

Tim Richardson from FHP added: “Signalling Solutions were looking for modern space within Derby and identified the premises as being potentially suitable for their needs. The accommodation provides modern air conditioned space with super-fast broadband and an excellent parking provision. All parties worked together to achieve completion of the sub-lease within a tight timescale.”
