Work is about to begin at Blaby Business Park on prestigious new-build premises that will drive expansion for a local family firm.
Leicestershire commercial property specialist, Andrew + Ashwell, alongside joint agents APB, has negotiated the sale and construction of a two-storey office building, fronting the park.
