Plans to convert historic buildings in Nottingham City Centre have been submitted to the City Council.
The proposals for 112-128 Derby Road involve the conversion of upper floors into student accommodation, consisting of studio and cluster flats, with retail uses on the ground floor
and basement.
Student Bid Co are behind the plans for the Grade II listed four storey buildings, which date from the late 19th Century.
