The green light has been given to plans for the construction of 34 industrial units at Moorbridge Road in Bingham.
Hofton and Son Ltd are to construct the units on an area of “unused and little maintained scrub” placed within the existing industrial zone to the northern edge of Bingham.
The application, submitted to Rushcliffe Borough Council, has been revised from the original submission, which has reduced the scheme from 36 units to 34.
The light industrial units will vary in size from 1000 square feet to 3400 square feet. All buildings will be single storey.
The proposed development provides over 100 car parking spaces and 11 cycle parking spaces.
The development is expected to create 75 full time and 25 part time jobs.
