Planning permission for a further 60-acre development at Dove Valley Park has been granted by the local authority.
Phase one has already welcomed major names to the area including JCB, Kuehne + Nagel, Müller, Futaba Industrial and Truma.
The approved plans for phase two will generate yet more employment opportunities at the Business Park located off the A50 at Foston, South Derbyshire.
