Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed the sale of a hotel in Nottinghamshire.
Forest Lodge Hotel is a popular hotel, pub and restaurant, centrally located in the village of Edwinstowe.
Forest Lodge was under the same ownership for 17 years and has now been bought by an overseas purchaser.
David Lee, Regional Director at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, alongside that of Hadley Park House in Telford to a local businessman, says: “We were pleased to complete our latest 2 hotel deals in the Midlands region.
