Nottinghamshire-based nmcn’s Power & Industrial business unit has secured a project with a contract value of £3.7m.
The project, on behalf of Kia Motors (UK) Limited, will permit expansion of their distribution centre, providing additional storage for approximately 8,000 cars at their Stallingborough site in Lincolnshire.
The works were previously being delivered by Clugston Construction Limited prior to their administration.
Gregg James, Property & Procurement Manager – Kia Motors, said: “It is extremely important that we complete the project both efficiently and effectively. We have worked hard with the nmcn team to get everything in place and look forward to a successful outcome.”
Julie Smith, Director – Power and Industrial added: “We are delighted to be awarded the contract from Kia Motors. The contributions made by all members of our business unit have paid off with the award of another project in our targeted sector.”
