Plans from Nottingham City Council for a new office building at Nottingham Science Park have been recommended for approval.
The building would be constructed adjacent to the Tennis Centre, to the south-west of the Science Park.
A three-storey office building will be built offering 2316 sqm of lettable office space, 95 sqm of lettable conference space, as well as a café – which will “act as a communal hub space” – and undercroft parking.
Nottingham Science Park was established in the 1980’s by Nottingham City Council. It provides incubator space for small companies, as well as premises for more established companies, some within their own bespoke buildings.
The final decision on the plans will be made at a meeting next week (21 November).
