New industrial property options are set for Derby after FHP Property Consultants revealed a new development on the west side of the City Centre.
Occupying a convenience and accessible location off Uttoxeter Old Road, construction at Crown Park is due to start next month.
This new development by CWC Group will comprise 6 industrial/trade counter/warehouse units ranging in size from 2,500ft² to 7,696ft² available individually or in combination.
Tim Richardson from sole agents FHP Property Consultants said: “CWC have an excellent reputation in providing high quality business properties having developed successful schemes across the region including Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby, Castlewood Business Park at Junction 28 and East Midlands Distribution Centre. Based locally, they are committed to providing good value and customer service and have an excellent track record.
“This development fills a gap in the market where we know businesses and trade counter operators who want to be located on the wide side of the City, yet with excellent access to the inner ring road and trunk road connections including the A38 and A52.
“They will be in good company with Build Base, Electric Base and Plumb Base nearby and we have already attracted the first national trade counter operator to the scheme.”
“Hannah Bailey from developers CWC Group adds: “I am really excited to get underway with the construction of Crown Park. This scheme focuses on offering high quality, sustainable units close to Derby city centre which has already attracted healthy interest from various local and national occupiers.”
The buildings are due to be completed by March 2020 and will be offered for sale or to let.
