Miller Homes Midlands has announced plans to bring more than 466 new homes to the East Midlands, with developments planned in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
Spread across four sites, including Melbourne in Derbyshire, Farnsfield in Nottinghamshire and Kibworth in Leicestershire, the new communities have properties to suit everyone, from first-time buyers to families looking for more space to grow.
Spring sees the launch of Augustus Grange in Farnsfield, a boutique development of 60 three to five-bedroom homes on the doorstep of Sherwood Forest. Within an hour’s drive of Nottingham.
Miller Homes Midlands is also soon beginning work on Centurion Place in Kibworth, a development comprising 110 two to five-bedroom homes, followed by Victoria Gardens in Melbourne, which will offer 34 new properties.
Alongside these developments, the housebuilder is also delivering 334 properties in the West Midlands, across four sites in Warwickshire and Gloucester.
Alastair Parsons, Area Sales Director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “All our teams worked hard to ensure 2017 was a record-breaking year for us, with a total of 680 homes being built. Our plans to launch more developments are already underway and we’re confident we can exceed last year’s figure in the coming 12 months, helping even more people get on the property ladder.
“We’re also on course to build 648 homes on our popular existing sites, including Derby developments, Highfields, Dales View, Priory Grange, and Langley Country Park. We will also bring more properties to Knights Chase in Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Sovereign Park in Shrewsbury, providing even more choice for buyers in the region.”
