Plans for a 703-bed student scheme in Nottingham have been recommended for the green light by the City Council.
Cassidy Group are looking to build the development on the west side of Deakins Place.
The site currently consists of a group of industrial buildings occupied by GB Willbond Ltd. Existing structures at the site would be demolished in the plans.
The 7-storey scheme would feature a mixture of cluster units with shared kitchen/living space and independent studio units.
The accommodation would also provide a large central communal area incorporating a cinema room, laundry facilities, office and reception.
A decision on whether to approve the scheme will be made next week (18 December).
