The Jubilee House office building in Pride Park, Derby, has been sold for £11.15 million.
The freehold of the 72,837 sq ft headquarters office building has been acquired from Railway Pension Nominees Limited by a local authority.
Knight Frank represented the purchaser in the transaction and Savills acted on behalf of the vendor.
Jubilee House is fully let to Rolls Royce plc on a lease expiring in 2027. It has a current passing rent of £837,600 per annum.
The Jubilee House office is a significant administration and office centre for Rolls Royce plc and is the global administration centre for the company’s HR, Finance, Procurement and Group Property functions with approximately 300 people employed within the building.
