A substantial industrial unit in Derby has changed hands, enabling Michael Pepper Joinery Ltd to continue its expansion in the region.
The 45,612 sq ft unit on Trafalgar Park attracted considerable interest thanks to its substantial and flexible manufacturing and warehousing capacity.
