Green light recommended for warehouse development

The green light has been recommended for a new warehouse and showroom scheme in Frognall, Lincolnshire.

Kyoto Futons is behind the plans for development on Hards Lane.

The development site forms part of an existing small industrial estate.

The proposals would see the erection of a warehouse with ancillary showroom space for Kyoto Futons and 13 small employment units together with car parking and vehicle servicing areas.

The proposed warehouse will sit to the south of the site, immediately to the east of an existing Kyoto Futons building, with the 13 small employment units located to the north of the site to the corner of Hards Lane and Custom Road.

The 13 small industrial units would range between 62 m2 and 210 m2 with a total floorspace of the small industrial units of 1281 m2.

The larger warehouse building would be 2512.7 m2 in total internally, split between the ground floor level and a mezzanine level.

The whole scheme is expected to create 63 jobs.
