Former NCN site up for sale

Acting on behalf of New College Nottingham, Rigby & Co has bought the college’s former campus in Hucknall to the market.

The building is now being offered For Sale with vacant possession.Russell Rigby, managing director of Rigby & Co said: “At just under 30,000 sq ft and sitting on a very large site of 1.6 acres, we expect strong interest in this site from a range of occupiers, property companies and developers. The building lies within the town centre so lends itself for adaption to a range of residential and commercial uses, subject to gaining planning consent, in addition the rear of the site also offers rich potential for redevelopment”.

The date for submission of offers will be fixed shortly.
