Electrical contractors MPS Group has snapped up Unit 11 at Ivygrove Developments’ Merlin Park in Derby on a new five-year lease.
Unit 11 extends to 2,713 sq ft and was completed to a shell specification, with the tenant undertaking their own fit-out works to create a modern operational base to support the business’s continued growth.
