Double deal for FHP with 43,469ft² warehouse and office lettings

Chris Proctor and Thomas Szymkiw of FHP Property Consultants have secured a double deal on behalf of landlord Abbeyfield Investments. A warehouse of 39,986ft² has been let to Pivotal Impartment Limited and the front office of 3,483ft² has been let to Kingfisher Professional Services Limited. This brings the site to full occupancy alongside existing office tenants Kier.

Andy Yang, Director of Pivotal Impartment Limited, said: “We are very pleased with the quick entry, it helped our business a lot with last years space emergency. Mr Cole and his teams are very professional and understandable, we are glad to do business with them.“

Chris Proctor of FHP’s Industrial Agency Team said: “Having dealt with Andy Yang previously in 2017 when letting him his warehouse on Mark Street, Sandiacre we were quickly able to identify Abbeyfield Road as an excellent location for his e-commerce business expansion.

“Abbeyfield Road is excellently located in close conjunction to urban areas and with access directly onto the A52 and in close connection to J24, J25 and J26 M1. I wish Pivotal Impartment Limited all the best with their expansion.”

Thomas Szymkiw of FHP’s Office Agency Team said: “This fantastic office building, located on Abbeyfield Road presented a rare opportunity for Kingfisher to move operations over from Grantham to Nottingham and provides them a modern office building in a prominent location, fronting the A52 Ring Road.

“It is ever more pleasing that the company has decided to make such a key decision during these challenging times and I wish them all the best for the future.”

Innes England were joint agents on the deal.
