CEG and Henry Boot Developments have submitted a detailed planning application to develop a five unit industrial / logistics scheme on their 30 acre site in Mansfield.
As designed the development will provide a five unit scheme totalling 430,500ft². Units will range from 30,000ft² to 150,000ft² in size.
FHP are working with M1 Agency and CPP on the scheme and anticipate that units will be delivered Q1 2024.
The site is accessed directly from the A617 Mansfield and Ashfield Regeneration Route (MARR) and is well positioned to provide access to both Junction 28 and Junction 29 of the M1.
