Rushton Hickman has sold 8 Shobnall Road in Burton to one of its existing clients, AH Investment Solutions.
The purchaser AH Investment Solutions has been granted planning permission for change of use from Use Class E to residential Use Class C4 in order for them to redevelop the two storey building from office space into residential accommodation.
