The last remaining vacant unit at Anglesey Business Centre, situated in Burton-on-Trent, has now been let in a deal negotiated by Staton Young.
In 2016 the building underwent a full refurbishment programme, transforming the building
internally and externally, to provide high quality office space.
The unit, situated on the 2nd floor, has now been let to Al-Hurraya – Coordinator and Senior Counselling trauma specialist, in a deal which takes the occupancy levels to 100% at the site.
Al-Hurraya is a peer-led, culturally specific service, offering bespoke counselling and mentoring services to BAMER clients both in Nottingham and Derby.
Michael Dawes (business owner) said: “We are extremely happy to be moving into Anglesey Business Centre and offering our services to the local BAMER communities of Burton-on-Trent. We look forward to the forth coming years working here.”
Lucy Wilde, Associate Director at Staton Young said: “To have achieved full occupancy in
today’s current situation is an amazing achievement by the team. Anglesey Business Centre, like all our sites, offers great quality serviced office space at an affordable price. It has proven to be incredibly popular since the refurbishment in 2016.”
