Plans for a new student accommodation scheme and commercial space at Lombard House in Nottingham have been approved by the city council.
The site, at 37-41 Lower Parliament Street, is currently occupied by Argos.
Bmor Ltd are behind the 275-bed student accommodation development which would provide a mix of clusters and studios, including 23 studios which are included in the existing Argos building.
The proposals involve the demolition of the warehouse section of the Argos for a new development. The scheme would be up to 10 storeys.
