Allegro Transport take additional 30,000ft² at Birchwood Way

PMW Property have welcomed Allegro Transport to its second premises at Birchwood Way, located on the Cotes Park Industrial Estate at Alfreton.

The 30,000sqft PMW Property building enables Allegro Transport to expand their operation with the security of a long-term lease. The premises provide the ideal solution for Allegro Transport to expand their business and concentrate on future growth. Additional warehouse facilities, along with flexible storage and parking for the increasing vehicle fleet are supported by office space.

Ross Eggleton, Director of Allegro Transport said: “Allegro Transport is pleased to have completed on this new site, securing a long term lease with PMW and with the support of FHP. This not only supports our growth plans for the business but extends our operations on Birchwood Way adding to the current site. We have been very pleased to partner with PMW and FHP who have assisted us throughout the negotiations and provided help during the period we took occupation. We look forward to a long term relationship with PMW.

Matthew Wrigley of PMW Property said: “PMW Property and Allegro Transport have formed a close relationship throughout the negotiations for this long term lease for Birchwood Way along with Chris Proctor from FHP. It is great to see the transformation that Ross and the team have already completed on the site and look forward to working together in the future”.
