Nottinghamshire care home provider has acquired a new care home following funding from Barclays

Affinity Care Consortium Ltd has purchased Norton Lees Hall and Lodge in Sheffield, an 80 bedroom, purpose built care home built in 2005, which specialises in residential and dementia care along with support for people over the age of 65 years of age.

The owner of the company – Director Rahmeez Younas, who has a wealth of experience in the sector commented: “We have been expanding our portfolio for some time. When the opportunity arose to purchase Norton Lees Hall and Lodge, we felt it was a good fit with our other homes. We are keen to build on the good reputation the home has already and to continue to provide a great environment for our clients and staff.”

Funding was provided by Barclays. Alan Mele, Relationship Director at Barclays in Nottingham and Derby said: “I am delighted we have been able to support Tanzeel with his latest expansion plans.”
