63,000 sq ft warehouse let in Northampton

Lubriage Ltd has relocated from Milton Keynes to Northampton.

Acting on behalf of Urban Logistics REIT PLC, Drake Commercial has let RW64 on Crow Lane, Northampton to the business.

The 63,000 sq ft detached warehouse unit has been fully refurbished to include the installation of two new dock level loading doors.

Drake Commercial said it was “indicative of a busy market that the letting was agreed in advance of the works having been completed.”
