Interchange 25 Business Park, which lies just off Junction 25 of the M1 Motorway in Nottinghamshire has recently achieved full occupancy with the latest string of lettings on the park.
The Business Park itself comprises 8 detached self contained office buildings which are multi let to occupiers such as Air IT, Games Tech, Nurture Fertility and Arthur McKay Building Services.
The estate is owned and managed by Hortons Estate, an independent property company with a substantial investment and development portfolio containing office, industrial, retail and leisure assets located throughout the Midlands.
Hortons have undertaken a series of refurbishments on the site to reposition the assets within the market in order to reach full occupancy and to drive rental values.
Jeremy Boothroyd of Hortons Estates commented: “Our comprehensive refurbishment programme has been justified. We now have an enviable tenant roster at the business park, and a highly attractive asset.”
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acts on behalf of Hortons Estate on the scheme: “Since our involvement as agents on this scheme, we have brought forwards tenants such as Arthur McKay Building Services, Colby Associates and Air IT. The landlords have undertaken a series of refurbishments of the individual buildings as well as maintaining a very well managed secure site.
“Most of the buildings have been refurbished to provide LED lighting, air conditioning as well as upgrading the welfare facilities and reception areas within the buildings. As a result we have seen headline rental values improve by up to 25% over the last 3 years.”
