Plans for a major, new purpose built student accommodation scheme in Nottingham have been recommended for approval.
Watkin Jones is behind the development, which would be built on a site at 135-137 Lower Parliament Street.
The site currently comprises car parking spaces, electric car charging points, and the former Housing Aid office which has now been demolished.
The new development would provide 354 student bed spaces in a mix of studios and cluster apartments in two buildings, up to 12 and 7 storeys in height.
A commercial unit and basement car parking (a public car park) would also be created.
