Plans for a 335-room student scheme at Lambert House on Talbot Street, Nottingham, have been approved by the city council.
The office building is to be converted and extended, including an additional story, to provide a combination of shared apartments and studio apartments. The current underground car park is to be converted into amenity space, removing all but two car parking spaces.
Amenity space on the lower ground floor will include a games room, cinema room, a gym, a spa area, meeting rooms and a residential lounge.
Lambert House was acquired by Study Inn Ltd in February 2019 and in October planning permission was given for 180 student studio flats in the building.
