A development of 325 two storey houses in Lincoln have been recommended for approval ahead of a council planning meeting.
The site is adjacent To A46 Ring Road And North Of Queen Elizabeth Road, and brings together two parcels of land in separate ownership.
The homes will include 8 flats, facilitated by the demolition of existing flats known as Garfield View and Woodburn View. Infrastructure and external works including new footpath link to Clarendon Gardens and a children’s play area will also be completed.
A council document states: “The development would not be harmful to the character of the area or to the social sustainability of the locality, as required by the Framework. Notwithstanding this, it would be necessary to control the final appearance of the dwellings through the materials of construction and other fine details in relation to site layout through the imposition of planning conditions.”
