FHP Property Consultants, acting on behalf of Cadman Capital Group, have concluded the sale of a 2 acre development site on Bective Road, Northampton.
The purchasers, Jardine Homes Limited, intend to submit a new application for a luxury apartment scheme on the site.
The site previously had consent for 293 student bedrooms and prior to this a consent for 155 residential apartments.

Whilst an excellent site, Bective Road falls outside this remit but we were pleased to sell it to a quality developer of flats and apartments.”
