100,000 sq ft industrial unit let in Burton

Rushton Hickman have completed the letting of 100,596 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space at the brand-new Quintus development at Branston Locks, Burton alongside joint agents JLL and Cushman and Wakefield.

The unit in question that was let was Unit 5 and it benefitted from 10 Loading docks, 9 EV charging spaces, 4 Level access doors and 86 car parking spaces.

Graham Bancroft, director of Rushton Hickman, said: “The Quintus development has been a major success for the area and has provided much needed warehousing and logistics space. Our clients speculatively built the units due to their confidence in both the market and also the quality of build that they were going to construct.

“The location of the development fronting the A38 and providing fantastic road communications to the motorway networks meant that there was always going to be strong interest from logistic based businesses which has proved to be the case here again.”
