The weekend is almost upon us and that means it’s time for some quick fire questions. This ‘Time Out’ features Trent Peek, Managing Director at Mansfield-based print and creative design agency CCM.
What is the first thing you do to get the weekend started?
Play football from 6-7pm on a Friday night so I feel like I have earned a beer when I get round to drinking one.
What is your hobby?
I play football 3 times a week but also spend a lot of my time reading and aim to read/listen to a book a week. Knowledge is power!
What is your favourite movie?
Individually I would probably say Fight Club although I do love Dumb and Dumber. However, the Lord of the Rings series is by far my favourite as a collective – especially as they are about 12 hours long in total!
If you hadn’t been successful at what you do, what would you be doing instead as a career?
I think something in the financial markets. I spend a lot of time researching about investments and all things similar and do have a dabble. It would be tempting one day to do this as a career.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
Time travel so I could meet people through history like Michael Jackson and John D Rockefeller.
What is your favourite genre of music?
I like all types of music and have a playlist for an annual party I have which has been tweaked for over 3 years now. It has everything from September – Earth Wind and Fire to The Greatest Showman – aim to please everyone that comes, as long as it has a good beat. Favourite band is probably Oasis and individual artist definitely Michael Jackson.
If you could travel to any moment in time where would you go?
Maybe the birth of Hitler – not to kill him but to potentially befriend him and send him down a different, less destructive path (if possible).
