It’s almost the weekend and that means another ‘Time Out’. This week’s questions are answered by Richard Harrison, Managing Director at Xpertise Recruitment, a specialist Digital and IT recruitment consultancy based in Derby.

What is the first thing you do to get the weekend started?

Take my son to his tennis lesson!

What is your hobby?

Tennis! I am very passionate about it. It’s a sport which also took me to the US for 5 years.

What is your favourite movie?

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off / As Good As It Gets – depends what mood I am in! I also think “Office Space” is brilliant…

If you hadn’t been successful at what you do, what would you be doing instead as a career?

Probably being a tennis coach

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Flying – I love to visit new places, seeing the world and catching the sunshine

What is your favourite genre of music?

Dance anthems + 80s classics – I love to sing along in the car to “Together in Electric Dreams” by Philip Oakley or listen to “Meet her at the love parade” by Da Hool.

If you could travel to any moment in time where would you go?

London Olympics “super Sunday” to watch Mo, the other British Olympic Gold medallists and Usain Bolt! Proper inspiring.
