Nottingham Network Celebrate 10 Year Milestone

Nottingham based business network RSViP this month celebrate their tenth year Anniversary and to commemorate the impressive milestone, recently hosted a diamond themed celebratory dinner for their members at the stunning Colwick Hall.

More than a hundred guests turned out in their finest to walk the red carpet, greeted by circus acts courtesy of Flambé Circus, Champagne served with a twist, canapés, close- up magic, jazz tunes from Jayne Darling and that was just the reception!

A three course ‘diamond’ themed dinner was served to guests and the formalities were hosted by marketing expert and friend of the network Paul Chapman, who facilitated the ice breaker games encouraging lots of laughter in the room.

Sparkly after dinner cocktails were provided by The Botanist, West Bridgford and evening entertainment came in the form of a magic ‘selfie’ mirror through new local company Mirra Mirra.  Music during the evening was provided by popular band- The Money and members of the network danced into the early hours with Capital FM DJ’s Tom and Claire.   A tower of branded lemon cupcakes were handed to guests on departure as a final touch.

Founder of RSViP, Fiona Duncan-Steer says of the event: “My intention was to incorporate as much fun, celebration and theatrical performance into the evening as possible with my background being Theatre Design, (Class of 2003 Nottingham Trent University) ”

The support we received from the members of our network was just phenomenal, everyone rallied together to have some part in this special event, whether it was to attend, sponsor or have a presence on the evening with their services and it really affirmed to us how valued we are to so many East Midlands based businesses, many of which have been a part of RSViP for years.”

Local start- up venue loyalty app Onify were headline sponsors of the event and Managing Director Bertie Cordingley had this to say of their involvement:

“RSViP has provided a fantastic environment for businesses to connect over the years and it was great to have been part of their celebrations.  This was a wonderful event that brought together the best that Nottingham business has to offer and we’re extremely proud to have been headline sponsors. Here’s to another 10 years!”
