Meet for Good, a new business collective for the region will be launched on the 24th January, at a breakfast event at the brand new Inchcape Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Derby.
Meet for Good is to offer business networking and development opportunities in a unique format, creating a platform where business meets sport and charity. Developed by All for Good Ltd, a Derbyshire based sport sponsorship and events consultancy, Meet for Good will deliver a number of events across the year featuring personalities and leaders from elite sport, all sharing their experience and insights which have real relevance to the business community.
The launch event will feature former professional footballer & Chair of the Professional Footballer’s Association, Clarke Carlisle, sharing his candid experience of mental health in the workplace. With mental health and wellbeing of employees and colleagues being of such importance to every business, Clarke’s talk is expected to be thought provoking.
Meet for Good will work alongside Partners and members to make a lasting difference in the local community and will work closely with the Loughborough based Move Charity, to raise awareness and funds for the cause. Meet for Good will make regular donations to Move, and some events will have direct fundraising opportunities for the charity.
