Goosedale raises £10,000 hosting the Festival of Lights, Diwali for charity

Diwali, the celebration of light over darkness was successfully held at Goosedale on the 9th November 2018.

Goosedale provided a stunning theme, drinks reception with canapes, a four course Indian meal, fireworks, live dancers, a disco and much more.

The festival was enjoyed with over 400 guests from leading professions, organisations and local businesses who also helped raise in the region of £10,000 for the John Van Geest Cancer Research Centre.

The event organised by Goosedale was supported by St James Hotel and Licensing Law Consultancy.

Walaiti Rathore, managing director of Licensing Law Consultancy said: “We are proud to be part of an event which brought together many of the leading entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals for a night of celebrations, as well as contributing to a very worthy cause which now affects 1 in 2 people.”

Goosedale is pleased to announce that they will be working with Licensing Law Consultancy and St James Hotel again this year to repeat the event on 8th November 2019.

Leading companies from the region are sponsoring the follow up to this  event with this year’s headline sponsor being The Walton Hotel.
