Godwin Developments is sending a top team of its executives to meet key players in the world’s property market at the 30thMIPIM 2019 in France this March.
The team from Godwin, a Midland-based business which has projects in development across the UK, will be led by founder directors Stuart Pratt, group development director, and Stephen Pratt, group land director.

Stuart Pratt of Godwin said: “We are proud to take our place alongside colleagues and city partners in the Midlands Pavilion to showcase the tremendous investment potential the UK has as a whole, and the Midlands region in particular.
“We want to explain to visitors how Godwin’s strategy is to develop-out a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use freehold property assets, spread around multiple geographies in the UK, focusing on both private and public sector customers.
“We’re looking forward to introducing the world’s real estate experts to all of Godwin’s current and forthcoming activities, and expect this will be of real interest as we look to find new and develop existing partnerships.”
Other executives from Godwin Developments attending MIPIM are James Mulcare, land director; Matt Chandler, associate director; Shivani Parmar, marketing manager; and Ken Carter, from Godwin’s development and construction advisory board.
