Sterling Commercial Finance snaps up East Midlands Bricks Awards sponsor spot for third year in a row

Sterling Commercial Finance has joined the sponsor line up for the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2021, backing the residential development of the year category for the third year.

Speaking with Business Link, Sterling Commercial Finance said: “As an East Midlands Business, we are keen to support local businesses, the Bricks Awards, and East Midlands Business Link in recognising the successes of the local property sector.

“This is our third year of sponsorship of the ‘residential development of the year’ and, as we work closely with local property developers in financing such schemes, it seems fitting that we sponsor this award and celebrate excellence in house building.”

The awards, which will take place on Thursday 30 September at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, celebrate the outstanding work of those shaping the landscape of our region, recognising development projects and people in commercial and public building across the East Midlands – from offices, industrial and residential, through to community projects such as leisure schemes and schools.

After last year’s ceremony was moved online due to the Coronavirus pandemic, with cases now dropping and restrictions easing, the 2021 celebration is to be held in person once again, providing a prime opportunity for networking with construction and property professionals in a safe environment.
