Nottinghamshire care home sold

Specialist Healthcare Business Broker NGA Care has sold Red Oaks Community Care to an experienced regional operator.

The deal, on behalf of Red Homes Healthcare Group, followed a confidential marketing process.

Red Oaks is a purpose-built care home that provides residential care for the elderly for up to 40 residents in Forest Town, close to Mansfield.

Nick Greaves, Managing Director at NGA Care, who handled the sale, said: “The quality of the care home asset and the provision of care that the staff are providing is second to none.”

He added: “We generated multiple offers on this business, the market is very active and we urgently require further care homes in all areas for waiting buyers.”

Ian Thompson of Hopkins Solicitors represented Red Homes Healthcare Group and Mukesh Murria of Murria Solicitors acted for RKP Investments Ltd.
