Nottingham recruitment firm scoops £104.6m contract

Nottingham-based Staffline Group has announced its PeoplePlus division has won contracts worth £104.6m from the latest round of UK prison education tenders.

The four-year contracts would lift Staffline’s share of the prison education market to around 25% spread across 22 prisons, up from 10% and ahead of a recent management target of 20%.

‘Growing our presence in prison education is a key strategic priority for our PeoplePlus division, and I am delighted that we have managed to exceed the target that we set at the interims,’ chief executive Chris Pullen said.

‘This strong performance is underpinned by our innovative proposition and demonstrates our continued success in transitioning PeoplePlus into the UK’s leading skills and training provider.’
