Newark managed service provider acquires London firm

Newark-based managed service provider Timico has acquired 25sevenIT, an IT managed services provider, in its strategy to become the UK’s leading independent ICT Managed and Cloud Services company.

The multi-million-pound investment will bring new opportunities for Timico and the customers of the enlarged business which offers end to end solutions which span national core network connectivity, ICT managed services, digital workplace, security and cloud.

London based, 25sevenIT has a blue chip customer base with a particular focus on the hospitality sector which will further strengthen Timico’s existing footprint in the sector. Further, it brings proven consultancy and cloud capabilities to complement the managed services it provides to its customers.
