New ownership for Market Harborough ventilation, maintenance & hygiene company

System Hygienics, formerly the service arm of the Hotchkiss group – the largest duct manufacturer and installer in the UK – have new ownership, a new-look senior management team and a new focus when it comes to their direction, vision and processes.

Established in 1993, System Hygienics specialise in ductwork, fire damper testing, ventilation & high riser cleaning.

It now has the leadership of new Owner and Managing Director, Mark Poultney, who has had a career in taking similar businesses and achieving incredible growth successfully for over 20 years. Giles Woolley remains as Chairman, also offering a wealth of experience in this marketplace.

The recent changes have resulted in a companywide rebrand, and the senior management team plans to exceed growth by 50% over the next 3 years.

Speaking about the recent rebrand new owner and Managing Director, Mark Poultney told us: “The new website represents the icing on the cake for what has been a year of positive forward steps for System Hygienics. Already respected for our knowledge and technical capability, we are now on a very exciting growth plan to become the nationwide company of choice for ventilation maintenance and hygiene.

“Our focus remains 100% on providing our clients with exactly what they need to meet their own regulatory compliance, offering a total solution across the whole of the UK which includes inspection, cleaning and certification without the need to go to third parties.”
