Mitchells Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers has joined SMH Group, the professional services firms with offices across Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
The firm will now operate as SMH Mitchells and will continue to serve clients from its Chesterfield office with the same team.
As part of SMH Group, Mitchells will now have access to a wider range of in-house services including Financial Services, Wills and Probate, Commercial Finance, and Residential Mortgages.

The transaction was supported by CMP Legal acting for SMH Group, Shakespeare Martineau advising Mitchells, Mason Thomas Law handling the property legal work, and Cortus providing financial due diligence.
