Focus on holiday entitlement & pay in Streets’ latest business support update

Streets Chartered Accountants provide an update on holiday entitlement and pay during COVID-19 and give details of Government support for businesses with Trade Credit Insurance in its Business Support Update.

The firm also look at the availability of Tax-Free Childcare and 30 hours Free Childcare and also COVID-19 reimbursed home office expenses.

Its latest Streets HR Update considers, from an HR perspective, the Government’s COVID-19 Recovery Plan, the extension to the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme and the ‘COVID-19 Secure’ guidelines.

In the latest of its new business podcast, The Streets Sessions, the firm discuss the challenges facing business leaders on re-starting and re-building their businesses as lockdown is eased.

The guest panellists are Neil Gray, our Corporate Finance Partner, Anita Wynne, CEO at Beststart Human Resources, Gary Headland DL, Regional Chair of the Institute of Directors in the East Midlands and Peter Watson, MD at creative advertising agency, Distract.

During the session they look at how businesses determine the best approach to the situation, manage the workforce, juggle the finances and make the best use of marketing.

Streets also continue to highlight initiatives that its clients are currently undertaking to help deal with the impact of COVID-19 and this week Priority Digital Health is in the spotlight. Priority Digital Health is a young, fast-growing digital provider of platforms that support services commissioned by the NHS and public health.

With its highly responsive approach the business has successfully developed and launched a new platform to help look after vulnerable adults needing support during the COVID-19 crisis.
