Derbyshire-headquartered engineering business Cullum Detuners has acquired Jade Insulation, which has premises in Rotherham and Feltham.
Jade Insulation specialises in insulation and trace heating solutions for all industrial markets, emphasising water utility and waste to power (biomass).

term goal of wider market diversification and business simplification.

Jade will remain a dedicated trading entity, with no plans to integrate into the wider Cullum Group.
