Nottingham-headquartered PerCurra, the national care at home franchise, has launched a recruitment drive to attract new franchisees, with a particular focus on its territories across the Midlands.
Gill Heppell, PerCurra’s founder and Managing Director, said: “Having developed a very successful care at home business, reaching over £1 million in turnover and employing 70 people within three years, I made the decision to franchise the business in 2016. We have replicated our highly regarded model of care delivery which will enable people to launch a viable, profitable business in the provision of care services. We are actively seeking people from across the Midlands who would like to be part of our successful, well established franchisee programme.”
Regardless of their previous experience, whether in business, health and social care, private or public sector, all PerCurra franchisees will receive a six-month tailored training programme which covers marketing, staff recruitment and client acquisition as well as business development support.
Support systems such as IT infrastructure are provided so that a PerCurra franchisee does not even require an office and the business can be run from home.
Gill adds: “In the UK there has been a huge and continuing growth in the demand for at home care services.
