Cosworth, the global technology business, has finalised its acquisition of Silverstone-based electrification specialists Delta, strengthening the company’s position in the transport technology revolution.
Formal completion of the Delta acquisition allows Cosworth to accelerate its offering in electrification. It also affords Cosworth a location at the heart of the UK’s high-performance technology cluster, Silverstone.
Through Delta’s expertise, Cosworth can meet the evolving needs of its customers as they transition to hybrid, EV and fuel cell configurations.
Innovative battery and EV solutions are shaping the future of transport. Delta’s state-of-the-art facilities allow for advanced development of bespoke battery modules across a multitude of industries, not least automotive, marine and defence.
