An Nottinghamshire construction firm that has been trading for almost 60 years has entered administration.

E. Taylor & Sons (Southwell) Limited, which traded as Carmalor Construction, employed 22 members of staff as of 31 August 2018 and at this time had made a loss of £180,000 for the year.

A statement on the business’s website says: “On 28 November 2019, Adrian Allen and Diana Frangou of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of E. Taylor & Sons (Southwell) Limited which traded as Carmalor Construction.

“The company has ceased to trade and all enquiries should be directed to the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the company, without personal liability.”
