Octavian, the Nottingham-based multi-services provider, is targeting growth in 2020 as the company embarks on an acquisition trail.
Revenues grew by 240% at the firm last year, with the company on target to break through the £10 million mark in 2020.
The company, which provides manned guarding, risk management, facilities management and training services, is looking to augment its organic growth by swooping for a counterpart.
Reshma Sheikh, managing director of Octavian UK said: “We are looking to acquire a manned guarding, cleaning, CCTV or any soft FM ancillary services that compliment the bespoke manned guarding and FM services, we currently provide.”
She added: “We are growing rapidly and looking to surpass our record growth between 2003 and 2013, in a much shorter time. Our 2020 plan is to accelerate this growth, as we have the infrastructure, resources and experience of providing services on a large scale. To achieve this, we will not rule out further acquisitions.”
